Description

his Art Outta Town trip includes round trip transportation on a blue bus and admission to the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History. In addition to other exhibitions, Ruth E. Carter: Afrofuturism in Costume Design is currently on display, featuring over 60 of the Two-Time Academy Award winning costume designer’s original designs from iconic films such as Black Panther, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Malcolm X, Do The Right Thing, and more. Attendees will also have the chance to explore the whole museum on their own.

*Meet at the corner of Maynard and E. Jefferson at 11:50 am to depart for Detroit.*
